Slowing Down and Saving Lives
Okay, you’ve slowed down, lowered your heart rate, and lowered
your blood pressure. You’ve stimulating your glandular system, resulting in increased
endorphin release and enhanced intuition.
This is the first step in saving lives—starting with your
own! Our over-stressed, fast paced, super busy lives are
certainly the number one cause for disease today. As we start
to slow down, we begin to appreciate life and notice the beauty
in every moment.
What can you do to add more breath into your life? The more relaxed we become, the happier we are and the more positive affect we have on others. Then we stop resisting and naturally
experience life in the flow. We begin to make decisions from
our intuition instead of our fear. As we start to listen more
to the signs around us, we begin to notice that the Universe is conspiring in our favor—all
from taking a deep breath!
Was this helpful for you? If so, see how you can start to
add more conscious breath into your daily life. Maybe while
you walk, while you cook, while you eat. Be inventive and let
me know how it goes! Next month we'll delve further into saving lives and serendipity.
